Sarah Schneider (*1996 in Vorarlberg, Austria) is a documentary photographer living between Hannover, Germany and Vorarlberg, Austria. She is currently studying Visual Journalism and Documentary Photography at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Hannover.
In her work she focuses on climate change and mental health, trying to visualize the invisible. She uses different narratives in her storytelling and likes to open collaborative discourses together with the protagonists.
Her work has been published in Der Spiegel Wissen, Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung and taz, Die Tageszeitung. She was nominated for the Student World Report Award 2022 and True Picture 2023.
